Welcome to ReadyLocate. By accessing or using our Asset Management System (AMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Authorization & Access

Access to ReadyLocate is strictly restricted to authorized personnel, contractors, and utility partners. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the software only for lawful purposes related to utility management, location services, and asset tracking. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the software.
Use the system to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits.

3. Data Accuracy

While ReadyLocate strives to provide precise location and asset data, the system relies on user input and third-party GPS hardware. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of map data or ticket status at all times. Field verification is required before excavation.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReadyLocate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ReadyLocate's website.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
